Acquiring my storage unit has been a smooth process. The customer service has been nothing short of amazing. They were quick to respond to my question. Direct and polite. My storage unit was extremely easy to find and the digital access for said unit, has been such a lifesaver. I now have 24 hour access to my unit. Definitely recommend this business!
My family and myself had a great experience, Dolly was the worker there who helped us with all questions my husband and myself had . Prices were great , storages were great we had reservations two and were giving the opportunity to look and pick which was best for our family. Dolly has great customer service and she is very family oriented !
The first day I rented from them the lady was all nice.However my 2nd day there she came to my storage and said I had been in there for 2hrs and that's not acceptable.when I tried to explain I was trying to get my stuff in order but being in a weel chair takes me longer. She stated I was only to drop stuff off orpick things up. If I'm to be caught there in unappreciated amount of time again, she would kick me out and I'd lose all the money I just paid to move in.the hours stat 6am to10pm no where are there rules stating one can not be in there storages.I think this may be a money scam! I give them 1 star.
In my opinion these units are far over priced especially where it is located, wasn’t sure if I needed to call swat just to walk from the car to the building and back. The receptionist had a terrible attitude when I closed my unit out to find a different facility. She called and said if I came to settle up for the move by 5:30pm, I made it there and when I opened the door to pay for the extra day she was on the phone and gave me a 1 min finger, I said ok, waited until she got off the phone, I was suppose to pay for two days past the move out date which was $4, the cost is $2 per day for the unit I had, which was a 5’x9’, well, I waited and she finally got herself off the phone from yelling at someone, she said ok Ralph it’s $4, actually it’s $6, because your past 5:30pm, I said it’s 5:33, she said ok well then your not a day late your 3 min late, she spoke in a smug attitude, I wouldn’t of paid the “$2” but I couldn’t open the gate to drive through. With people running the office with very poor customer service skills and obviously unable to control her emotions from whomever she was yelling at on the phone, they shouldn’t allow people like that to run businesses. They lost a customer for life as I will never return to a company who obviously doesn’t care who they hire to provide service to customers. I wouldn’t come to this location if your considering a storage unit. Mine was supose to be 24 hr access and that was also not true:!
