Ok experience

I had a problem with the U-haul rental service. It was supposed to be guaranteed at a certain time but office was closed. So I was referred to alternate place which put my move behind schedule. But otherwise it was an ok erperience.

Great customer service and great facility.

First off the mngr that helped me out was great. As a Manager I always preach customer service is from the start not when the customer signs a contract. A relationship is from the moment you you great them.... So this facility does have all that you need and want....
