First timer here and the process was very smooth. The Associates who helped went above and beyond to make our move a hassle free one. They were not obligated to assist us with movers, but seeing as we were so overwhelmed, they graciously invited a gentleman to assist us complete the task of moving our stuff. We were just so grateful for that. Overall, this is the best place to keep your things. It is located in a very reserved part of the area;;;;if you did not know it was there, you could very easily drive past it, not noticing the humongous storage. We like that. Interior is neat, clean and secured. Very satisfied customers.

I've been with Alamo for almost 4 years now. I checked out ALL of the different facilities in the area claiming to have "the lowest rates". This one by far was the best deal for what I was looking for. The staff has always been helpful and exceeded expectations in helpfulness than any of the storage units I've used in the past. When I got my unit, they made everything clean, quick and easy for choosing and moving in. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a storage unit in this area.
