I was looking for a reasonable storage facility. I checked the reviews and when I got there, they did not disappoint. The representative helping me was Craivion and I tell you his professional customer service skill are off the charts. Craivion took me to see the units. He explained facility rules, gate code and hours of operation. He has such a great personality, was pleasant and polite, and I was quite pleased. I notified my daughter who was looking into another facility and told her to check this place out. Hopefully she will. Thank you Craivion for your awesome-ness (new word).

I read the reviews for US storage in Carson. I seen a lot of good reviews about the great customer service that was given by Craivion. When I their office, I greeted professionally. The young man was very nice, asked me questions about what I needed to put the in storage unit to help me figure out the size that I needed and took me to the storage unit that he suggested I needed and it was perfect. I had to look at his name tag to see if this was the employee I seen so many great reviews about and it was. This is the kind of customer service you don’t mind giving your business to.
