Public Storage - Glendale - 5500 San Fernando Rd

I found the price to be under the competitors. I did not know that a mandatory insurance premium would put the price back to their price level again! With a mandatory secure lock to be purchased, I was confused as to the security claimed by the sturdy lock or the insurance requirement hinting at fallibility. Now I accept that if my stuff is stolen, I will get some money. But I feel I've "met" the crooks already! LOL

The person who helped me out was amazing. Great information answered all my questions and made sure I didn't leave without knowing how it it all works. Great customer service

It is my first time renting storage space and am happy to say my experience with Public Storage was great. The representative was polite, courteous and helpful. The only criticism I would have is that some hidden costs were mentioned after I had committed to rent, like additional insurance costs unless you provide one yourself. Other than that it was excellent.
