Great place very clean and the employees very helpful. We just cleared a unit and it was hard to get out everything in one day. The Louis one of the employees was very helpful grading our payment and also the manager Luis was very kind and super generous. As this storage unit are my mom's and she is 75 years old in a wheelchair and not easy for her to do it on her own. The employees help her everytime she asked questions or had any problems. We are very greatful. Thank you for everything 🙏.

Very friendly & helpful staff and the property was clean and secure. I like the multiple layers of security (security codes to get past the entrance gate, secure loading area, security to access my floor from the elevator, security cameras, etc.)The prices were competitive and the location is convenient.

Janice help me out in the front desk. She was very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and showed me different sized storage units to help me find the correct size. Very clean and organized location.

I got to my two side by side units & didn't like that I had to climb a ladder to put items in & decided I wanted the 5X5 unit & the representative said sure let's go back to the desk & get it done.I paid what needed to be paid updated my app & it was a breeze.I also like that you have to use a code to get in the facility & to use the elevator as well the young man that helped me was very nice I believe his name was Jose I wad there Sunday 10-26-2025 when the facility opened very nice clean & safe facility

Nice, easy to access facility. Easy to set up online. One employee gave us the wrong key towards the end of the night. Insisted it was the right one when we found him to ask. It wasn't. The entire ordeal took up about 10-15 minites. Instead of giving us consideration for HIS mistake, he gave us n extra five minutes and told us to "come in earlier". Um...we work? We got here with plenty of time if not for you messing up the key and making my husband run from storage to your office twice, last time it was prematurely closed. We arrived during operating hours with a couple things and were out by closing. We gave him the consideration of rushing, the attitude when the issue was his doing was completely unnecessary.
