I was looking to rent a storage unit and call some of the other places first and no one would answer the phone. Yesterday, I went around to various storage facilities. Many were old and did not appear very secure. This facility is brand new and use to be a warehouse. It is located in a industral/commercial area but only a few blocks from Costco in Carmel Mountain.
What I liked about this facilitity is they are
CLIMATE CONTROLLED
BRAND NEW- clean - gorgeous and look very secure
big doors metal roll up doors on all the units that are 10 feet wide.
Extra high ceilings on the bottom floor
Hours are 6 am to 10 pm.
The prices were much better than older not climate controlled units.
ANd they are currently offering a free month! 7.2019
Negative... only a few drive up units available that are outside

Former storage facility kept jacking up rates - after three years they were more than double original price - they also charged convenience fees for online or phone payments, required insurance and no trash cans on site - How the heck can residents be expected to keep area clean with no Trash Cans?!

The man who booked our unit was very helpful. However, the manager, Julian, was VERY rude. He drove the truck and acted as though we were inconveniencing him while we were loading it. There is clearly very little communication between him and his employees. We were out of range for the truck, but, when we booked the storage unit they said they were willing to allow us to use it. Julian, however, acted like it was our fault for this miscommunication. In addition, it was NEVER mentioned that we would only be allowed to have the truck for one hour. The truck was about an hour late for pick up and the manager acted angry the entire time he was sitting in the front seat while we loaded it. To top it off, he lied and said he had to go to another pick up, and finally admitted, an hour later, that they other site had "cancelled". We will be storing our stuff there for a prolonged period of time and I feel as though they do not respect, nor care about their customers. I will NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Nor will I ever use it again.Full Review

I like the location and security measures used by this storage facility. The only thing that needs improvement are the details of the storage units. Only the storage area is show, i.e. 8'x10', not the shape of the unit. I was expecting a rectangle but ended up with a wedge-shaped trapezoid in a bend around a corner. Luckily it worked out but if I had known from the get go I might have made a different choice in facilities.Full Review
The facility seems clean and safe and the pricing is fair. I had made an on-line reservation and was told the on-line reservation included one month free rent. The email I received confirmed that. After all the paperwork was done at the office, I reviewed my receipt before I left the office. I noticed that the one month month free rent was not reflected in the paperwork.
The office personnel said the computer wouldn't let her do that and that I would need to talk to the manager who wouldn't be available for 2 days. I telephoned him 2 days later and he said he would correct it and send me an email confirmation. I have not yet received the confirmation email and when I called again, he said I could pick it up in the office. I explained that was quite a drive for me and could it be resent. He said I was calling him a liar. I said "no" this was a business transaction and I wanted a receipt that accurately reflected the transaction. He again told me I could pick it up in the office!Full Review

Hey I think you guys are good at what you do.
You made my move super simple and easy, I went to one of your locations and saw the unit and decided that it was too much space so I went to the worker and he recommended me to another public storage just two blocks down. As soon as I got there, the workers knew who I was and took me right to the unit. I inspected it and was satisfied. I signed all the documents needed and I finished up my move from my apartment in less than 2 hours.
I thought I was going to be moving for a whole week but with the fast service I was able to complete my week task in 2 hours. The rate I was given was fair, it was roughly $108 for the first month.
The hours of access were manageable, whenever I needed to go and grab something from the storage. It was available to me at the time.
The security of having my own passcode made me feel more secure with my belongings at the storage.
If I ever need storage again, this company is going to be the first company I hit up every time.
I will also be sure to recommend all of my friends and family of this place if they ever need storage service.

Of all the potentially stressful tasks in preparing for deployment, this was by far the easiest thanks to Chelsea. Her professionalism and electric personality eased the pressure of such a process. She was very knowledgeable about the facility, speaking on matters that may be of concern, such as the reservation process, pest-control schedule, security of the facility, access hours, and climate control. She walked me around the facility to show the most logical entry point for easy access to my unit. All around pleasant experience. The price is far less expensive than 2 storage facilities in Eastlake with no climate control that I had previously considered. And I love that I have to input my access code to open the gate when entering AND when exiting. Definitely a win!Full Review
