Service was great and sign up was quick. Facility is clean, good light and good location. I would like later hours a second it's hard to get there in time after a work day.

Clean Space, Professional Service

Received friendly greeting and customer service from Joyce, including a call back with advice to pick up a second lock (for the back door of my storage space) the night before I stored belongings in the facility. Arrived under considerable stress with a van full of boxes the next morning, but was greeted in a friendly manner by the manager and shown my storage unit. The Emeryville neighborhood seemed safe and clean, as was the storage facility. I believe my personal belongings are in a good place.
