Rosa is the office was so nice and helpful when I first visited to choose my storage unit. I chose an interior climate controlled unit and it is very clean. If you're not fortunate enough to rent the only area with a normal elevator, you're stuck with only the use of their freight elevator which is limited to transporting items only. After loading items, you must access stairs to unload items if you're not able to rent ground level units. The operation of the elevator is unpredictable, leaving you either way, frustrated, aggravated and exhausted, that is if you're able to get it to work.Full Review

Everything was fine until move in date when they dip and dodged me all day after I scheduled the free moving truck. Never received a phone call explaining why they randomly shut down from 12pm-6pm or apologized for the unconvinced they caused. So I had to rent my own moving truck and find my own unit. Two days after they sent me a late fee because I did not pay my move in balance. What a joke. If Trisha isn't working, you minus well leave and come back another time.Full Review

They lock you out of your unit if payment is not made on the 1st of the month. Then they charge a lien fee of $15 on the 13th day late! But, when I tried to pay my balance + late fee it wouldn't allow the payment unless I paid the lien fee also? But they aren't selling my stuff because I'm paying my rent! So, now it's going to be even later while I wait for a return call! Criminal!!!Full Review

I first showed up (with a rental truck full of boxes) and the office was closed for an hour. This was an enormous inconvenience as my time for the move was limited and my truck was rented by the hour (thankfully I was able to extend the rental without issue). Once the office was opened, Chris could not have been nicer or more helpful. There was a bit of a bait and switch as the fantastic price I "locked in" online ended up only being good for 2 months - I discovered that my monthly rent will double after 2 months. This information was not advertised and had it been, I would have gone elsewhere. The storage unit works for now, the customer service is great but I was turned off by the lack of accurate advertising on the price.Full Review
