The staff at Extra Space is beyond helpful. The gentleman that assisted me, Brian I believe, was very thorough and showed me many different options and explained all the details I needed to know. Even the staff that was not helping me directly was very courteous and attentive. This may just be just a storage facility, but I received world class customer service.

I have other storage units in Vallejo, but the site manager here, Jennifer, is so amazing! She is always ready and willing to answer any questions with a smile, and delivers quality service every time. She is so understanding and tries to work with me when I'm going through difficulties. Her and the other employees do a great job of taking care of the property and making sure the area looks good. This is a great choice and I know I will be here for the foreseeable future. Brian has been really helpful during the process of getting my very first rental at extra space. The reservation was easy and completing the application was straightforward. I’ve rented with PS for years and the one thing I do enjoy is the Bluetooth access.

Freeman roadside repair go to storage facility 24 hour access was key for Patrick's business and Brian helped my brother get into one. Great customer support and knowledgeable. 10/10!!!!
