I was very concerned about security, and the cameras, codes for each area, and the unusual lock provide great peace of mind! I also wanted climate control for the summer heat, and since it was about 97' outside, the cold/cool air was refreshing as well as reassuring! The floors were shiny from being buffed, and there wasn't a single piece of , well, anything on the floors! The carts provided were a very manageable and SO appreciated!!! The staff was amazing, both in the office & the lady who drove the truck over for us to use for the move in (& for no charge, too!!). I would rate this a 10 out of 10!!Full Review

Prior to renting with Price Self Storage I read many reviews. Of course no one can disagree Ashlie is wonderful in customer service. And as I seen during my visit in the office with customer care and going the extra mile. My own experience was positive.
But as one reviewer said in a more negative review it's about more than customer service. Many complaints where about the gate hours and rent increase. From my experience with prior storage rentals both are part of every storage location. 1) to secure the property and their commitment that are valuables are secured and 2) just like apartment/home rentals - rental price increases.
What Price Self Storage offers that no other place does is the honesty of what you their value customer can expect from them. Not only is this information (gate hours and rent increase) verbally informed to you but it is in their lease agreement. Prices increase every x amount of months and the gates are available for access during these hours and closed during major holidays. I was surprised to hear no access during major holidays but I can respect it since I will refer back to their commitment of security.
Only thing I can think of that I read in the review but was not verbally informed to me was that a fee is charged if you stay a minute over gate access hours. However I did not thoroughly read the leasing agreement so it might have mentioned it.
As for a 4 star that is only because I don't rate anything over a 4.Full Review

We looked at a half dozen facilities in the area and were blown away by how clean this place is. Then, they quoted us a price and I had to ask twice as it was significantly below their competitors. We have a climate controlled unit and paying the same price for a 10x10 as we would have for a 5x10 at any other place.
