Nice place and environment for storage goods. I was here for about 6 months. However, it gets very expensive and expensive and expensive. The first several moved in months was $35 around for a 5x5. Then it gets $110 per month for just a 5x5. So, please be aware that they are using a lower price to attract you come and then they increased almost 4 times more to cut your money as moving out to find a new one is complicated for everyone.

I went into the storage facility already frustrated, and the service from the staff was amazing. Then at the facility I locked my keys in my car, another stress for me that day. The facility is clean and seems to be on top of security. Teddy was my contract manager, she was competent and timely. I said I want to hire you, how long have you worked here. She replied"two weeks" my jaw dropped. She was already a pro at her position. Thank you for making my bad day better. I recommend their facility.

The extraspace storage facility is clean and easy to use. The staff has also been extremely helpful and friendly...specifically Carmen and Teddy. The one consideration for long term renters is rate increases do accumulate over time and you'll often see lower or promotional rates and specials for new customers. You can request a rate adjustment but its not always available. Just something to be mindful of if you are looking to rent for an extended period of time. Overall, the facility is well-maintained, well-resourced, safe and I've been happy storing things there.

I love this place. Always clean, carts always available, elevators work and staff is experienced and smart. So easy to be a tenant here! PS I have had a lot of storage units and this experience, by far, is the best. Have referred several people to this location.
