No friction at all

Pat was great to work with, she was very friendly and informative. She showed me around and made sure the locker was what I needed before I filled out any paperwork. I have used other storage facilities and I would say she (Pat) is probably the most thorough I've worked with.

We rented a unit from property manager, Pat, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional yet customer friendly. The entire process was quick, economically painless along with being conveniently located with great hours of operation. Good staff

Overall pretty happy with the place, wish it wasn't quite as expensive but it is what it is. Staff is helpful and get baxk to you in time when you leave a message.
