First off I would like to say Marcia did an incredible job helping rent out the unit I was interested in. She made the process super easy she is such a wonderful person with a ln awesome personality. She definitely explained everything very clearly and assisted me with locating the unit and showing where the lift and carts were located. Price for storage is very reasonable. Be careful don’t rent here! A friend of mine got his unit online and paid it. When he got there, the unit has a small door, hallways are too tiny that most furnitures can’t be put it, worst is the unit is too dark (no lights) its a pitch black inside the unit. He decided not to take the unit. The manager said he will refund with the full amount since my friend did not move his stuff into the unit. Been 3 months and no refund given. Gave them calls they said they will send the refund via money order but up to this day no refund was given.
