Great Customer Service!

Whoever the Customer Service Agent was that checked me in, he was Asian, did an outstanding job! When I arrived he was the only person running the whole facility while everyone else was gone. This very nice and polite gentleman came off his lunch break, when he couldâve told me to come back later, and he went through the whole check in process including showing me the unit. Foregoing his lunch to serve the customer...that is called going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Excellent job!
