Monica is very friendly and helpful

Monica is very friendly and helpful. Rates are very affordable for Santa Barbara. I wish the storage units were better at keeping out the wind and dust, overall I am very happy with this place.

its The people....that make needing more space a pleasure

The facility in Santa Barbara are the best, clean, safe, secure. (They do periodic lock checks and know when people come and go. Monica there was the most helpful informing me of online discount, proficient with all the paperwork, then gave a call to tell me I hadn't secured my storage correctly, Part of what makes this company great is the people!
