Great Customer Service!

The customer service rep/attendant, Brandon, was excellent. He was very personable and listened carefully to my storage needs and thoroughly covered all necessary information. I also always see him at the facility monitoring, unlocking carts for people who just come through the gates, and seems like just a good hard worker. I also appreciate the easy accessibility of the facility as I can park wherever and it's generally not so crowded that I can get in and get out without any hassles.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!

I love public storage! They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I needed anything. They are always smiling and happy to help. Diane and Ivan at the SImi Valley location at 120 W. Easy St. Are awesome. Thanks you guys for making my experience with public storage an awesome experience. Especially when I was going through such a hardship in my life.
