Marie is so sweet to deal with...the other lady is mean, she wouldn't take my payment even though i was here on my mobility scooter. She wanted me to come back that evening to pay... I chose to come back when Marie returned.

The best customer service!!!!

From the moment I walked into the office I was made to feel welcomed by Maria. Her kindness and knowledge was refreshing. Being new to California and moving into a town I had never been to was scary but she put my mind at ease in more ways than one. I was also extremely grateful when she guided the tractor trailer into the facility for me. I can not say thank you enough for everything you've done in helping make my transition a lot easier!! I am thankful that out of all the storage places I could have picked from I chose the best one! Anyone confused by all the options out there must choose the Couch St. Location in Vallejo - you will not be disappointed! Keep up the good work!
