Extra space in walnut, CA has been by far the best storage i have had. Jonathan the property manager is absolutely 💯 amazing, very professional, very nice and gets to know his customers. He treats my husband and I like as if we have known each other for years like a friend, like we are part of the extra space family. He is the reason my husband and I stay. Property is well maintained. Any and all questions are answered and very well so that you understand. The team he has as well is a great team. Keep up the awesome work you guys are great 😊😎

1st experience years ago was horrible years ago 2nd experience this time was amazing. I only needed a storage for a few months but I closed out after 1 month. Getting storage was simple and easy Closing out storage was way easier Much better management this time I run a painting company so I really appreciate the work thats been done to improve the management of storage. They also called during month to make sure I was happy and called me when I closed out. Definetly will use again. Restored my faith

I just want to say this is the best storage facility I have been a part of. First off, I would like to say thank you to the manager John who has been incredibly friendly and helpful since I’ve been at this location. He always greets you with a friendly smile and wishes you a great day. I find his quality of customer service to be genuine and important to us clients. His great communication and commitment is noticed and appreciated! I also want to acknowledge Joanna who has also been a great addition to Extra Space Storage. She is also very courteous and respectful. They hold a high standard and excellence to assisting and supporting customers. While I appreciate the work and effort they do to keep this facility at its best, I definitely recommend this place.

My equipment was stolen. After getting a bigger unit. They asked me what am I storing, I told them that was a big mistake. Two months later, everything gone.No, help from anybody inside job. No one rent from exstra space walnut drive walnut ca there is 5 other people I found on yelp samething happened to them they don't call you back nothing im in process of talking with their corporate office in utah I have a very good friend that has a close relationship with someone in the , corporate office I am not the first one to pursue this the truth will come out the funny thing is, they review their reviews. And they will leave a comment. But you can never get ahold of them, and they will never call you. It's a joke.this is a inside job . The district manager should be the one calling, but they don't reply to them. Telling them because there hiding something district manager should be calling. The victims or victim and reviewing the videotape. It's been 3 days now. No phone calls. Im not stopping Intel people are investigated I dont want this to happen to other people.. so my voice will be Hurd and im all ready communicating with the investigator . There is so many bad reviews on Yelp and Google's about people saying it's an inside job. This is crazy.

Joanna was my advisor. She was very knowledgeable and patient for a first time storage rental customer with a lot of questions. Place is clean and quiet. One thing to be aware of is that the entries/exits has fairly steep approach angles.
