Someone ransacked my storage! I would be very cautious of storing here! I can’t say what was missing or broken! Staff offered no help when I immediately brought it to their attention! Keep at least a picture of how you left your storage if not a list!

She was able to remotely open up gates and even provide me temporary access to each unit. The sign-up process was also flawless. I ran into a few issues with the app however, the local representative drove over and helped me in-person. She was also very helpful and attentive!
John DicaroI was concerned about holes where rivets were missing. I was told not too worry, they were to small to allow water in. Well, at least 10 boxes got wet and I had to throw out six books that were moldy!!
