Penalty

I was paying around $250/month for a 10x10 which I thought very steep. I called their customer service group who got me the same size space for $85/month. Now I have two questions…1.)Why was I paying so much for being a loyal customer when new customers get it for nearly $200 less per month?….and 2.) I’m 73 years old, why was I “penalized” for getting a better rate by being forced to move all of my property to a same size space in the SAME building? What did that benefit anyone?

Russell was great

Very pleasant experience. Super clean. Russell took care of us. He is super kind, helpful, professional. I was nervous contracting a space online but Russell was fantastic and explained everything. I feel very comfortable and very pleased with this facility.
