I only gave it 1 star b/c without that I was unable to post this review. STAY AWAY - find another facility to store your goods. Onsite employee is useless, in a role that he cannot make a decision or do anything on a customer service level without emailing out of state owner. Onsite employee cannot even figure out how to email documents, give proper instructions on how to open the gate, let alone use the credit card you leave on file to bill you monthly. Out of state owner is rude and very unprofessional. Both onsite employee and owner would greatly benefit from a customer service workshop. On top of that, the facility is run down and there is zero pride or effort put into upkeeping the facility, let alone the individual storage units. I understand things are very expensive these days and acknowledge that this facility has some of the lowest prices in the area but we all work way too hard for our money to give it to these horrible people every month.

great prices. Lots of new improvements. This is the second time I have rented here the last time was under the old owners and the place was run down and didn’t seem like anyone cared. But the new owners have clearly spent a lot of money to make it nice and safe and have still super cheap prices

Manager of this location has a serious attitude problem. I arrived for my rental at 1215 pm he pulls up screams I'm on my lunch break I've told you a thousand times he said. Then slams door continues to eat.So I patiently wait for him to be finished he then proceeds to scream and yell to the point that I was about to catch a charge. I've never been treated in such a manner and I hope you don't either. This manager should not be in customer service for he is not fit for the job. I'm sure I'm not the first customer this person has treated in this manner.

Past owners were extremely kind and reasonable, and it was a great unit. Now, there are new owners who could care less about the people and customers. The new owners are extremely rude and very difficult to work with. We moved our stuff out to a close storage facility with extremely kind and helpful management and cheaper. We could not move our stuff out quick enough once we met and tried to work with the new management.

I've had a really pleasant experience renting here thus far. The facility manager was easy to reach and great to work with as I initially got everything set up. Since then, it's been easy online payments, and easy hassle-free access as I need it. One of the most competitively-priced places around, and it's not some big corporation that's gonna jerk you around with misc fees and nonsense. 5/5, would recommend.
