Clean and convenient

Clean, convenient, good prices. Too bad you have to buy a special lock but it is pretty safe. Only inconvenience is that you have to basically sign on the 1st otherwise waist money because of being charged for a whole month even if it is used for 1 day (i.e. rent from the 15th to the 15th two months equals pay for 3 months). Oh well...

I lost 3 keys first day

I lost 3 keys first day. Went back to see if i could get in to storage. I was informed that i could have put a key in a lockbox, that formation would have been very handy the day before. Now i have to spend another $100 for a locksmith and new cylinder. Great!

Marina is the best. She keeps thos place sO Clean. Impeccable. She is a rarity, so Caring, Kind, Utterly Responsible. Always working so hard and so very conscientious. A rarity in the world of busy selfish humans. I truly hope upper management appreciates Her as much as the long-time customers at this clean safe storage facility do.

Marina was incredibly kinda and helpful. She was very thorough and made sure we knew every step of the process, from setting expectations about the pricing, to walking us through accessing the building and our storage locker. Fantastic customer service!

Amber went above and beyond in helping me with some tech issues last week. She was very patient and friendly. I've also found Marina helpful and friendly in the past. The facility is well managed and well kept, but the staff is exceptional. Highly recommend.

Marina, the manager, was always wonderful to work with. She is a great communicator! She was always very kind and willing to help any way she could. She stayed calm when dealing with people. She knew the procedures and answers to any question I ever had! She is a 10 star lady!

Although my rental was for only a few days, Marina was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable and made me confident in my choice of renting a unit. Definitely will be back when I need it.
