I reserved my unit online, and decided to store here because it was one of the most reasonably priced storage places I could fine (should expect to pay almost double in the Denver area). There were no problems with check-in, and I moved my stuff in the next day. The area is also very nice, so I feel like the things I decided to store will be safe. The gates were broken when I moved in, but according to the managers those should be fixed shortly.Full Review

We have had a great experience with them so far. We got an HOA violation for having storage on our porch (it was provided for our landlord) and we were told we had to remove everything on our porch and the storage container in less than a week. I was able to reserve to storage unit online at work and then next day we we warmly greeted by employees that were very helpful with answering questions. Overall they helped us stay positive in a normally not so pleasant situation. I would definitely recommend.Full Review
I found that Carla, who was in the office when I went in to set up my rental, was knowledgable, efficient, personable, and just great to deal with. When I found out that the storage that she first set me up with was raised from the ground by about 10", she found me another space that was flush with the ground (I'm storing heavy speaker cabinets, so lifting by myself is not fun) right away.
My only complaint is that the neighbor on one side has an office set up in his unit and is a smoker, so the smell gets into my unit. Hopefully not enough to make my stuff stink. But I'm sure Carla will find me another unit if it turns out to be a real problem.Full Review

We can't say enough great things about Climastor in Longmont. I was moving from the East coast with my husband, and they made the process so easy, even from afar! The price points are fantastic, the facilities are spotless, and the facilities' management team went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. This was truly our first stop when we moved out here, and we felt immediately at home. On top of everything, this place is a fortress! Our belongings were always safe. Also, with their location being right off of I-25, they are only a hop, skip and a jump from everywhere! Oh, and don't panic if you have a big truck - there is tons of room to load, unload and navigate in the lot. Five stars won't cut it for this team! Great job, and thank you for keeping our things safe while we were finding our home away from home!Full Review
The whole experience has been simply fantastic. There were a couple of hitches with no one at fault the team was quickly on it providing world class service with strong communications via email or actually picking up the phone promptly making for a very smooth experience. Standards have been set without a doubt.
