Had a pleasant time renting 2 units here. I haven't used this storage facility since it was first built. Eddie is phenomenal and very personable to work with, ensuring your storage needs are met with satisfaction. The online reservation portion was awesome and super convienet and easy to use. We had jo issues whatsoever.

Easy ingress/egress, SUPER clean facility, plenty of trollies for ease of movement including mattress dolly. Manager is wonderful to work with. Actually sad to be moving away from this facility Prices are competitive. Better than average for the area

Elite Storage is by far the nicest storage I’ve rented at. Well lit, decent selection of carts for your stuff and a great lock system. The units have a wire mesh above them providing a piece of mind with nice tight metal slats on the sides between units. There’s also a UHaul business on site should you need one stop shopping. Eddie and Adien were great to work with in checking in and out.

Hands-down the best storage unit experience I've ever had. The location is secure, clean, and climate-controlled. But the biggest highlight is a shout out to Eddie, the Manager/Operator of the facility. He is a joy to work with, always upbeat and friendly. Offers to do a lot for you. Customer service is top notch. If you're looking for storage in the Lafayette area, I'd def recommend you look at Elite.

Eddie was very attentive from the phone call To us signing paperwork and getting our Storage. He did a great job. Showed me how to put the The locks on and went over everything with me. Eddie continued to make sure he had answered all my questions. The facility is kept very clean. The day I ready to store my sisters items, I was pretty stressed out and couldn’t remember my code. He came out to tell help me. Eddie Thank you for being patient with me as it was a long week for me.
