Was so hopeful of this place

By "first month free" they mean you have to still pay the first month plus a sneaky deposit (same amount and the second month) and promise to get a second month free but still end up charging you and letting you sort out the inconvenience. It took a few days for them to reverse the charge and it doesn't account for the inconvenience of not having the money in my account. We chose this location because it was the closest to Foco that we could get climate controlled even through its 40 min away from home. The entrance/loading to this place makes it almost impossible with the other businesses around it so I don't recommend it if you have a lot of stuff (I maxed out a 10x10 ad its was so weird with the parking situation)

All past reviews have given our facility 5 stars due to customer service, location and cleanliness so response to review was quickly addressed. The first month free is for a tenants first calendar month. The reviewer did not mention that she moved in the middle of the month therefore rent was pro-rated for the remainder of the month and her first full month was free. A deposit is required at time of lease for practical reasons and reviewer was fully aware of deposit before signing lease so not sure why that is being noted by reviewer as "sneaky". There was an error in our system that was corrected promptly and reviewer was notified regarding the charge being credited back. The choice of unit is determined by the tenant and should a tenant need additional space, the facility will work with the tenant to accommodate additional storage needs. The entrance /loading space has not been an issue with all previous tenants.

Nancy and Joyce were awesome and truly made our experience great. The facility is brand new and clean, easy to access, and quiet. A hidden gem!
