They were very patient and understanding and also asked the right questions. I highly recommend giving them a call and allowing them to assist you if you are in need of storage.

I booked a unit at a Public Storage location, but when the manager called me to finish the confirmation process, we realized there was a location closer to me. He switched the reservation to the new location while we were on the phone. I was very appreciative of his knowledge and assistance.
