Great customer service. Jo was wonderful. I changed my mind on the size I had initially requested and she was very accommodating. She offered bottled water for everyone who helped me move in. The unit was clean.

I came here because the advertised 1$ for the first month. I made an online reservation which said it would only cost me $25 administration fee plus the 1$ for the first month. Upon arriving to sign up for the unit with all my stuff, the lady had me sign everything and said it's actually $63 for this first month because the dollar fee, admin fee, mandatory insurance, and a prorated fee. Having no choice since I had no time to look elsewhere, I paid and proceeded to move my things in. 1$ for first month's move in is a lie filled with hidden charges. 3 stars for superb cleanliness. Also side note- does not have 24 hour gate access and limited hours on Sunday.
