Excellent Customer Service

The facility manager, Irene, was so helpful and friendly. She was easy to get a hold of an very accommodating to our schedule. I do wish the company sent out a checklist of items to bring - for example, if we were advised before hand to bring a lock of our own, it would have saved us almost $30 at time of signing up.

Great customer service from Irene and...

Great customer service from Irene and the young man who works with her. Irene's personality was such that you'd think she was selling a house or car. Safe and secure area.
