The sign in process seemed excessive on line,wasn't sure what to fill out and what to pass on . Carolyn was very helpful, couldn't have done it without her. She was very resourceful, especially without internet that day. I still don't have remote access with app working yet. It says welcome Paula, gate is open, yet gate does not open on either phone. On the digital readout at keypad.
