Never rent from this storage unit. I rented here for about 3-4 months and had to move my stuff out. First, there’s no hand carts, which isn’t horrible but a little annoying. Second, the main guy who works there is ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND EXTREMELY IRRITATING. He’s extremely dumb and I would use more colorful language but this review would probably be removed if I did. Third, I paid for a climate controlled unit but it was not climate controlled at all. I had lotion bottles explode from heat which ruined countless items in a few different boxes. There’s ants and roaches all over there. And LASTLY BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I originally left the unit because of the poor quality of this storage facility and moved my stuff right over to another facility(it was that bad). I submitted complaints to the one of their customer support lines. I still owed $98 on the unit but they had told me to hold off on paying since these complaints justify me not having to pay(seeing as I paid for climate control which this was not) and they had assured me a regional manager would be reaching out to me and to not pay the $98 until then. No manager ever reached out to me and here we are with a bill from collections! I would’ve just paid the $98 since it’s literally not even much money but now they’re impacting my credit! I will be reporting to the BBB!!! This place is absolutely horrible!! Don’t waste your time and try and find a compass storage nearby if you can!! Might be a little more $$ but worth it! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
