Love the personal touch

I had called 3 different storage facilities and was most impressed with Public Storage because of Nora's personal touch. She was prompt in reaching out to me after I reserved online, and helped me feel even more comfortable on the initial tour by discussing safety features. Because of the wonderful service I received from Nora, I'd recommend Public Storage over all others.
