About Tropicana Storage Clearwater

Locally owned and operated. We feature 5x10's to 12x30's, most with drive up access, Climate and Non-Climate controlled, Workshops, and Outside RV/Boat Parking. Resident Manager on-site. We try to make your storing experience as easy as possible, that's why we keep our policies and prices as transparent as we can. When you rent from Tropicana, you are not required to purchase OUR lock and we don't require you to purchase monthly insurance, which saves you on UP-FRONT costs and the monthly fees. Most customers don't know the right questions to ask, so give us a call and let us get you into the right size unit
