I have been doing business with Tom for close to a year now maybe over a year he has been so phenomenal! I own a small cleaning business and we store our supplies at the storage unit. Everything is always very clean and kept up with and such friendly service at the front desk.!

Keypad needs to be fixed. Shouldn't be locked out because the buttons do not work unless you push them perfectly. Unbelievable after hours/Sunday no customer service or anything. Other than that, I am pleased with how much space the small units have.
