I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Devon Storage on Dunn Avenue. The company has been unprofessional and has not honored the agreements that were discussed online. I was told I would receive a free month, yet I did not receive it. Instead, I was charged $100 for only 12 days after choosing to end the contract early. The manager and employees at this location were rude and unhelpful. They could not provide a clear explanation for the charges, and they failed to honor the promises made at the time of signing the contract. Their customer service is extremely poor, and the entire experience was frustrating and misleading. I strongly advise others to read the contract carefully because this company does not honor the promotions or agreements they promise. I did not receive the 30 days free that I was told I would get, and overall the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. I am requesting a review of my charges and an explanation for why I was billed in this manner.
I just rented with this storage facility as of yesterday and I didn't get to arrive until today. And although I arrived after office hours when I got on site I was happy to see a full gate closure as well as security a very clean unit a very clean facility and inside my unit was a lock that was provided and an information leaflet about the company. The whole entire process was done online which was very convenient for me. It was very simple. I as a previous self storage property manager who lived on site can tell you right now that this is one of the better facilities that I have been to and it's definitely better than the one that I worked for. I definitely would recommend them so far I have not had any issues although I've just started out with them from what I've seen it looks like it's going to be a great experience. Very secure and very clean

He explained to me why my storage rent was so high so that I can better understand why it was constantly going up. I left with a peace of mind and my new gate code because I forgot my old code.
