This morning , after speaking with the phone service representative that serves most of the Jacksonville Storage Rental businesses, my reservation request was promptly responded by the actual company , the Mini Storage Manager, Melanie. ( FYI- The reservation is transferred to the local business, after you’ve gone over the initial call to the service provider, which is not located in Jacksonville.) I was pleasantly surprised because I had received an e-mail from the service company indicating my reservation was cancelled , that I had only moments prior made. At any rate, after talking to Melanie, who had called me to confirm the reservation. I made a trip to visit this Mini Storage. She explained that she did have my reservation and was able to give me a tour, discuss the rates and hours, and show me my spot. I was delighted by the service, and the value for my Storage. Mini Storage , is conveniently located, place is very large, clean, organized and appears safe and secure . I would recommend using their facility.
