overall good experience

Addean (Spelling?) was very helpful in getting me started with the storage unit. I was very happy with the way things worked out. She was very busy as the only employee on duty at the time but managed to remain very pleasant and respond to each of the customer's needs. So far so good with initial experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the facility is very busy and needs at least 2 people at the front desk.

New renters here

We actually moved from one storage unit to this one. Price is very affordable. Facility is fairly clean… including restrooms downstairs. One thing I will say is that the security there is very on point. It’s kind of a pain in the butt if you have to go in and out, upstairs and downstairs (elevator) when moving stuff in (or out) because you have to enter your access code to get into the building and also for the elevator.. (it’s a lengthy code). BUT it’s great at the same time since it is more secure this way. The only con I would say is that they should have a trash can outside of the building somewhere. That’s all! Everything else is great.
