I had a 3pm appointment

I had a 3pm appointment, I ended up having to wait nearly 25 minutes in the lobby. The unit I rented has a column in it, so I'm losing a few cubic feet and received no discount. Also, I was required to purchase insurance even though I have my own insurance already. My overall experience was just average

First time renting a storage unit and...

First time renting a storage unit and the process was super easy starting with the reservation online and the representative at the location. I only wish they'd tell you about the insurance before the reservation so you are prepared
