I have been a loyal customer at this Extra Space Storage in Tamarac for over two years now, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I use my unit for both my business needs and my personal belongings, and the experience has been consistently excellent from day one. The facility is always spotless and well-maintained, which gives me great peace of mind. What keeps me coming back, though, is the incredible staff. They are so welcoming every time I visit. I want to give a special shout-out to Tylla and Hugo—their customer service is unmatched! They go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. As long as I have storage needs, this is my go-to spot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, professional, and friendly environment!

Ms. Tyla I lack the words to describe or thank her. I called a few weeks ago with an inquiry that they couldn’t quite accommodate me with at the time. She did her best to help then. Today she called with an update. She is the sweetest person ever. She has a very pleasant and warm demeanor. The paper work was smooth, took less than 5 minutes. She walked me through the unit. We had a great conversation. She’s just amazing. The facility itself is wonderful. Clean, no odor, and the temperature is welled kept cool. The bathroom is clean. It’s quite easy to move stuff. I pull into the covered bay, grab a cart, and wheel my items straight to my unit. No heavy carrying long distance. Unlike going to my old storage place it doesn’t feel like a drag. There’s music playing over head and the facility is very well lit. They have tampered secured locks. I can spend hours in my unit reorganizing and not feel bored. I feel extremely safe going there by myself as a woman especially late at night. Keypad access is required for both entry to the building and to operate the elevator. Also there’s cameras everywhere. Overall great experience here.

Tylla and Hugo are the best!!! ALWAYS very helpful and pleasant!! Going above and beyond to assist has always been my experience. I've been dealing with this location for 3 years now and I'm glad I chose it. It is always clean including the bathroom which is noteworthy considering the amount of traffic that they must get. I hope I got the names correct. 5 ✨️× 2!!!

I am extremely disappointed in Extra Space Storage. Please be aware they will randomly increase your rate and say that they mail you a postcard which has NEVER BEEN RECEIVED to my mailbox. I continue to have this issue and I have been a loyal customer for over two years. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere for a storage unit as I need more transparency that I do not feel like I’m getting here!!! They have had a previous class action complaint for this exact reason “bait and switch” my unit was 123 two years ago and today it has been increased to $288!!! This is beyond ridiculous!!!!! And they are refusing to adjust it due to me not informing THEM of the change earlier. How courteous. I have to inform you of rate change beforehand. Prospects BEWARE!!!!

The proximity, less than three miles from my location, was a significant advantage. Although I initially reserved an incorrect unit size online, the on-site representative promptly and efficiently rectified the error, securing the appropriate unit within 20 minutes. This seamless and efficient service was greatly appreciated. The facility itself is secure, meticulously maintained, and offers climate-controlled units in certain areas, including my own. Furthermore, the availability of on-site restroom facilities is a valuable amenity. Having utilized Extra Space Storage services previously, I intend to continue doing so. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the facility informing me of a partial refund for my prepaid month, an unexpected benefit that is certainly welcome.
