I was misled by the management at 5th Ave NE, Miami Said I was to pay bill every 4th of month, after renting unit in. 4December 2018. And that I had until the 15th , before I was to be charged late fee. (Of course this is all verbally stated) Then as I upgraded to 10 Ã5 unit, on first few days of January 2019, manager informed me I was topay for entire month of January 2019, and also was late on previous rental on the 5th of the month. I would rather the management tell me to search online agreement, then verbally quoting from one manager to the next. Thank you.Full Review

This place is a joke. The building is huge so most likely an available unit will be somewhere far into the building. There are no carts available anywhere to move your things. As per the manager, they are supposed to be located on each end of the building but after walking around the entire place which is like a maze, one was nowhere to be found. While the price is was attractive, The thought of needing access to my unit after hours and no cart available was all it took for me to move on to a more organized place.Full Review
