I would not use.Period. My husband had a stroke and lost his job. I went there and called and begged the owner to work with us to make payments. At only 2 months behind he refused and sold everything,every photo, treasures of my deceased Mother and collectibles of 30+ years that were to be given to my grandchildren. Lost Birth certificates,SS cards and license. You kind of need those to get new ones. Harder when you are born in Tennessee. Owner gives 2 cents. I hope karma is in store soon. You get back what you put out.
