Any and everything anticipated—as well as unforeseen 😕, was handled efficiently and effectively due to Mr. Merino’s ‘customer first’ demeanor! This place is a hidden gem . literally tucked away private even the atmosphere is respectful, quiet but welcoming.. The staff are amazing! Almost every time they swing by say hi and remember you and your conversations. Caring and funny! They take care of the property and units so our belongings remain in perfect condition. I definitely would recommend this place. The site manager is there for any questions always open to talk. Never be afraid if things come short there’s always a way here..

Great experience at Extra Space Storage on Kramer in Florida. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, and the pricing was fair compared to other places we looked at. Santiago helped us a lot — he was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location feels well-maintained and safe, and customer service really stands out here. Easily the best place we found for storage. Highly recommend.
