I have had a storage locker at StorQuest for 7 years and couldn’t be more pleased. The facility is safe, well maintained, extremely clean with a/c. The store manager Tawanna Brown is amazing. I explained my future storage situation needs to her and she has been so helpful in solving it. It is such a pleasure dealing with such a well run company and especially this particular location.

Nertha goes above and beyond to assist customers, keeping everything running smoothly and making the process stress-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stand out. It used to be a 5 star storage until another corporation bought it last October. Since then they have the worst customer service, wait, NO customer service! There’s no attendant for a couple of hours daily in the location! The only employee/manager leaves for 1.5 hours to 2 hours daily! Had an issue a couple of months ago and nobody was available to help, neither nobody answered the phones! Another time I tried to contact the location and called a dozen times, without any success and it was 3 pm to 6 pm! The late hours are even worse! The location is nice and decent, but lack of employees makes this location a nightmare! The sad thing is that when you put your stuff in a storage, it’s hard to move them to another storage! Do your own research and don’t believe the fake stars!
