Murietta, She was such kind and loving person. I had locked out myself I left a mess bye mistakes. And she was right there to help me. And I have been with public over 5 years. And in the process of being into a nasty divorce. She gave me such great words of wisdom and compassion at this time not even knowing how I will be able to pay storage rent for this unit. Bait-and-switch pricing, massive rent hikes We rented a storage unit with Public Storage less than two years ago at around $100/month. Since then, the price has been raised repeatedly with no meaningful justification, and we just received a notice that on March 1st the rent will be $276/month for the exact same unit. That’s nearly a 3× increase in under two years. Nothing about the unit has changed. No improvements. No added services. Just constant rent hikes that clearly rely on the fact that once your belongings are stored, it’s difficult and expensive to move them elsewhere. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch pricing model: lure customers in with a reasonable rate, then steadily raise prices knowing most people are stuck. If you’re considering Public Storage, be aware that the price you sign up for is not even close to what you’ll be paying long-term. Budget accordingly — or consider other options before you move your things

Public Storage on NE 14th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale is the best. It’s clean, safe, secure and reasonably priced. Murietta helped us with a transfer to another unit, and she was kind, always smiling and very competent and helpful. We highly recommend both Murietta and this facility!
