A nice woman named Rose helped me today and she was so ready and excited to help me. She was kind and when i asked questions over and over again she did not get annoyed and reassured me every step of the way regarding placing my items in a storage unit. She's so patient and easy to talk to! Great customer service. i can always trust public storage.
