He was extremely helpful and kind, and we were very surprised at how high quality everything was for a great price. We had an excellent experience at this facility for three years! Tara and the staff were friendly, flexible, reliable, and communicative. The facility is safe and clean. We would recommend it. The only down side: you can lock in a rate for a time, but then it may jump up significantly. Ours was increasing over $100/month. Thankfully we were ready to move out. To be fair, we did know this was a likelihood when we rented, but we didn’t know how much. Just make sure to get the info and factor this in! Generally, this was a great storage experience that worked for us!
