I think the young lady who took care of...Lori...

I think the young lady who took care of me when I first got the storage unit less than a month ago, was mild mannered, very professional, and efficient employee of publicStorage. I told her what I needed, she showed me options, and was not a bit pushy toward a more expensive unit than what I knew I needed. I think PublicStorage as a whole, should feel lucky to have such a good and professional employee, because these days it's not easy to find such a well rounded individual. She would be an asset to any company that is fortunate enough to have her. Thanks again Lori for all your help. I only needed the unit for one month...

I only needed the unit for one month but when I came in to reserve on 6/2 and only needed until 7/2, I was told that I would have to pay for an entire month if not out by the 1st. This does not seem right to me so I had to re do the reservation for 6/5 and am hoping that I do not get charged for a full month since I will still not be out until the 2nd of July. The person who checked me in on 6/5 was very professional, kind and personable!
