Thankful I found Avid Storage almost a year ago! Heather is awesome, attentive and professional!! Having rented in places previously with barely any light, climate control issues, bugs and raising the rates increasingly high all the time, she really listened to what I was looking for and gave me some great advice. She keeps this place so clean and smelling good!! The temperature is just right, no candles will be melted inside these units!!

I stored at Avid Pace, conveniently located off Hwy 90, for about half a year and would 1000% use this facility again. Before signing anything, I was given a tour of the building and shown a few different sizes of units to choose from. I never once worried about safety and security of myself or my belongings with the coded exterior door and various security cameras. The building was always clean, and the climate controlled space was a major bonus with the Florida weather. The best part of this facility and location is the employees: always kind, understanding, and willing to help. If you’re on the hunt for a quality storage unit, look no further! Avis is a hidden gem.

Pricing is competitive with other facilities in the area, and having a manager on-site is a big plus—it adds convenience and an extra sense of security. The restrooms are also consistently clean if you need them. We’ve previously used an exterior unit as well, which was very helpful for certain items. The only downside is that the carts are very loud—would have preferred a different wheel or cart design.
