All burdens, worries, concerns taken care of TOTALLY in one visit, before seeing unit.

As I walked into Public Storage, I was totally overwhelmed, upset, and scared. Carol was so kind, compationate, and knowledgable to help me thru each step carefully, not rushing, and making sure she met all my needs. Carol went out of her way to make my day better and TOTALLY meet my needs.
