Reservation Staff person was very amenable and pleasant to work with. There was a slight difference in when the storage office staff said I could move in and when the person who made my reservation said I could. So I actually moved stuff into storage on May 1 not April 29.

The process was easy. I immediately got a call from customer service to help with the reservation. Following that I received a phone call from the person at the actual facility and she explained things thoroughly as well. I arrived to see the unit and the employee there was great the payment processing was easy and quick!
